Propload Refund Policy: Transparency in Billing and Returns

Our Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in cases where service delivery has not been initiated and payment was made in advance.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed once the service provider has been assigned and work has commenced on the project.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@propload.in within 3 days of the payment. Mention your project ID and reason for the request.

4. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team. The final decision will rest with Propload.
